I found Mark Stevens to be exteremly knowledgeable and he explained the differences in the various options that I was considering easy to understand. The installation went smooth and unlike fly by night operators I found the installers to be pretty good and they worked with me to decide the best layout for the panels. I will not hesitate to recommend Infinite Energy to anyone looking to install a value for money solar system. Installed solar 3kw in 2011, was happy with the service and knowledge of the team. One of my friend had installed solar panels with them as well. However, just in Apr-18 we have problem with d panels. Reception said that someone will call shortly but no one call for few days. We need to contact them many times. After 3 visit they found out that d panel broken n the new owner of manufacturing company don't want to honor warranty. We have been asked to replace with new system at full price. Very disappointing with d post sales service n warranty..

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Infinite Energy from start to finish. Their sales rep, was by far the best sales person that I dealt with from the 5 companies that provided quotes and was not at all pushy. The Installation team were highly efficient, hard working and faultless when installing my system. Although I had some niggling issues to initially get my smart meter software running, Jake provided excellent on site technical support that quickly solved these problems. I highly recommend them.
