Just had a system installed last week. Has been a long process learning some of the basic sciences and financial aspects regarding solar panels. The team from Infinite Energy, especially Jason, has been tremendously helpful and patient, taking their time in answering the multitude of questions that I kept firing at them. Installation day went without a hitch and the system is working nicely two weeks in. There is a large variability in price and quality in this market, and I think this team strikes a good balance between the two.

I was wanting a non pushy, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and supportive solar company with quality product options that would make the noise of solar advertising into a tune I could understand.Infinite energy from my experiences were exactly that. Not the cheapest but I believe best value. They were always on time when coming over for meetings, they were able to build on my research and simplify aspects I found confusing, the were friendly to the point that whilst the inverter was configuring we went or a drive in my new electric car. So Now as they say, off to make hay while the sun is shining... or at least renewable electricity.Thank you infinite energy

The only nice thing I can say is the contractors doing the installation were lovely and did a good job. The sales pitch was also great I was told only only 2 weeks lead time and was sold on the fact that it ways much better service than the competition that was over $1000 less for the same panels and converter however after waiting three weeks for a call for installation I called my sales rep no answer 2 days later called the head office was told we would get back to you today 2 days later finally get a call there is something wrong with your account after a further 3 weeks of back and forth between my electric company and western power turns out the application wasn’t done properly so infinite re submit it fast forward 2 weeks get a call oh we can do your installation in 4 weeks time not even an apology we finally get installation and we’re told we would have our app details that afternoon still waiting! Honestly save yourself some money and go elsewhere

We had a solar system installed 4 years ago and 2 years very happy with the whole process.Fast forward to today and I can't believe how horrible thier tech support is. I lodged a support ticket with them 2 moths ago for a damaged panel and a faulty monitoring system. They quickly sent a technician to us (good on them) but they never sent me a date or time for when they would be here. The technician was great and replaced the panel under warranty but because I was not at home he could not access the inverter for the monitoring system fault.I think I have called them at least 10 times over the last 2 months and they keep saying we'll be in touch with a booking confirmation for a technician. I finally secured a technician two and a half weeks ago at 11am. The technician didn't show up. I called infite energy and they apologised and told me the technician called in sick, which is absolutely fine. I was disappointed because I received no communication what so ever from infinite energy.I called again to book in another technician and was told I would be called back again to book in another technician that same day. Waited all day and then another 3 days and didn't hear from them. Called again and they informed me the tech support officer I was dealing with was away and was told another officer was looking after my case. Again she said she would have to organise a time with a technician. Waited a week and nothing. Called again today and a lovely lady finally gave me a tentive booking. Hopefully this is the last time I speak to them.Get it together Infinite Energy. I understand with the current Covid situation you are short staff. Some communication would be nice though. I lost a days pay waiting around for a no show. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I wish I had never chosen them to install my solar system.

Louis and team provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision with no pressure. Infinite Energy use the best materials and the best installers and did everything they could to make the whole experience a good as it possibly could be. I would not hesitate to use them for my next solar project.

When making appointments to have solar installed I asked to make sure I can get a battery installed at a later date.Less than a week after my solar was installed This company totally ceased installs. And (care it seems)Now I keep leaving messages to ask who I should contact to get a battery installed I have no replies from them nothing.purchase contract states I must get servicing done by them or it is void how do you do that when the company still exists but it has no one employed to do said works? And Nothing was ever communicated directly to consumers they intended to shut down their operations in advance when it was clearly known pre christmas 2021.Then why were staff let go before Christmas in your sales department? And again after 3 tries this company has not responded to email requesting servicing on my solar system to conform with their warranty requirements.

We were really happy with the install and price. But their after sales customer support is terrible!! We have lost probably $500 already because our solar inverter continues not to work and we receive massively delayed, sporadic and unhelpful technical support. If after customer support is important maybe source elsewhere.Edit: they have been in touch with us now and replaced our faulty inverter. Thank you for your service and help.

We used Infinite Energy to install our system 7years ago and the process was excellent. They worked with me and designed a system that achieved my objectives and the install was seamless. However now I have had an inverter fault and I have left online service requests, called them 3-4 times and left voice messages and spoke to a representative and was told they would be in touch. It is over a week and nothing. I called a service company for solar systems and had the inverter fixed that same day.So clearly Infinite Energy is. Sales and install company and I don’t rate them for any after sales service or support. Even the common courtesy of returning phones calls is lost.

Super happy with the whole process from start to finish. Chris got a good understanding of my needs, and the installers did a great job getting everything up and running. The only downer is that as soon as the panels went up, the overcast weather rolled in. Infinite Energy needs to control the weather a bit better, that's my only issue, I need more sun!Thank you Infinite Energy!

We had our 6.5kw Solar System installed in May 2019. Our rep at Infinite Energy was Justin who came out and quoted, explained everything very well, and handled our install very professionally. Our system has proved faultless to date and the install was an exceptionally neat and tidy job. In Jan 2020 our Synergy invoice was just $9.93 after rebates for 62days billing - exceptional; this is with running 2 pool pumps at 1.2kw each (one solar heater, one for pool filter) plus normal household daily usage. This is down from $577.95 in January the year before the Solar install. Our average synergy cost per month from June 2019 to June 2020 is $35.88. Now that is spectacular and we are ecstatic.Having explained the savings we've achieved please be aware that all our Solar Panels are installed on our North facing roof. You will not get these sort of $ figure savings if panels split in any other configuration i.e. some on north face and some on either west or east face. Many people we've spoken to don't get our great power bill reductions because of this point.Another point is go with the best quality panels you can afford (we opted for Sunpower panels) due to their higher output and greater warranty.Thank you Infinite Energy for your great advice, installation and ongoing customer service, we can thoroughly recommend your company.
